Our Wash & Fold service includes washing, drying, and neatly folding your laundry. Special instructions (such as sensitive skin detergent, no-heat drying, or air-dry) must be clearly stated at the time of pickup or scheduling.

Pricing is based on weight at pickup and service package selected.

Payment is due at the time of pickup unless otherwise agreed.

Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled items, specialty items, or special handling requests.

Minimum of $40.00 Same Day services and Minimum of $35.00 Next Day services.

Absolutely no refunds once laundry has been processed.

Turnaround time is based on the priority of service that you select.

     Next Day Service means you will have your order back within 24 BUSINESS hours of pickup.

     Same Day Service means you will have your order back within 10 BUSINESS hours of pickup.

     Our business hours are 4:00am CT to 7:00pm CT.  

Rush service may be available for an additional fee.  Our ability to accept a rush order may vary with customer volume.

Delays caused by weather, power outages, or equipment issues are not the responsibility of the business.  We will contact you promptly if we cannot meet our deadline.

• Check all pockets before submitting laundry. We are not responsible for damage to items left in pockets, or damage to your other items from items left in your pockets.
• Separate delicate or special-care items and clearly label them.
• Do not include items that are labeled “Dry Clean Only” unless you accept wash-at-your-own-risk service.  We are NOT dry cleaners!
• Notify us of stains, damage, or special care needs at pickup.

We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, fading, shrinkage, or color bleeding.

Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Liability is limited to the cost of laundering the item or a reasonable depreciated value, not replacement cost.

Cancellations/Schedule changes must be made at least 4 hours before scheduled pickup or drop-off.  Late cancellations may result in a fee.

Our first delivery attempt is included with our prices. 

If you do not accept your order within five (5) minutes of your delivery time, we will leave and you may incur a "Failed Delivery" fee.  

Items remaining in our possession over 7 days may incur a storage fee.

Items left in our possession over 30 days from latest delivery agreement may be donated, discarded, or sold.

Laundry containing bodily fluids, mold, insects, or hazardous materials may be refused or charged extra.

Customers must disclose if laundry contains pet hair, heavy odors, or toxic contamination.

Customer information is kept confidential and used only for service communication and billing.
